This report will contain the implementation and achievements of big targets for the 2020 fiscal year that have been planned for 2019 . However, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in substantial changes in target achievements in the form of obstacles and accelerating targets. Therefore, we chose Resilience in overcoming the pandemic, moving forward with collaboration as the title of this 2020 report, in line with Jakartas 493rd Anniversary slogan, Resilient Jakarta, and the spirit of collaboration. Furthermore, the overarching message to be conveyed is about the hard work of alongside the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in fighting the pandemic while simultaneously maintaining the achievement of development targets to progress together.

This report will also discuss collaborative efforts between and involved in the development process in DKI Jakarta, namely the Regional Work Units (SKPD), other government agencies, the private sector, observers, experts, and the public.
